Job summary

Pathways For Life is seeking a compassionate Part-time Job Coach to support young adults and adults with developmental disabilities through hands-on coaching at job sites and training sessions. You will mentor participants, reinforce professional habits and workplace etiquette, and collaborate with community partners to promote inclusive employment.

You will document progress, tailor guidance to each individual's strengths, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure successful task completion.

Qualifications

• Passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to build trusting relationships with members and community partners.
• Prior experience in job coaching, social services, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and support at job sites, training sessions, and volunteer opportunities.
• Assist individuals in learning tasks and adapting to workplace environments.
• Encourage and reinforce appropriate work behavior and etiquette.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to members and supervisor.

Studio Works is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Job Coachto join our team in empowering young adults and adults with developmental disabilities. In this rewarding role, you will provide hands‑on support, mentorship, and guidance to help individuals build meaningful employment skills and thrive in inclusive work environments.

As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in helping our members develop essential work‑related habits, professional attitudes, and appropriate workplace behavior. You will also be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong, positive relationships with our partners to ensure the long‑term success for our members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and support at job sites, volunteer opportunities, training sessions, etc.

• 7 hour shift 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Monday, Wednesday and Friday
