Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years related experience.
• Experience in manufacturing as SME on production systems.
• Experience with KPI and data analysis.
• 1 year experience in SAP Production Module, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Knowledge of SMED and standard work deployment.
• Coaching to team members and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support JMPS deployment at a plant according to implementation plan.
• Train teams to use JMPS tools and coach teams to improve performance.
• Identify areas of strength and weakness in plan deployment to tailor support.
• Capture best practices and share across Johnson Matthey plants.
• Operate within a complex manufacturing site with multiple shifts and lines.
