Job summary

Johnson Matthey Inc. in Wayne, PA seeks a JMPS Specialist to support the Johnson Matthey Production System deployment across a multi‑shift site. You will implement JMPS per the plan, build a practical toolkit, and coach teams to adopt best practices for continuous improvement.

You will hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and apply KPI analysis, data reporting, SAP Production Module, Excel, Power BI, and 5S to drive standard work and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management or related Operational Engineering field.
• 2 years of related work experience in production systems or related fields.
• Experience in KPI and data analysis, SMED/Quick Changeover, standard work deployment, and coaching.
• Experience with SAP Production Module, Excel, Power BI, and 5S.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and deployment of the JMPS toolkit.
• Coach teams to use JMPS tools and drive performance improvements.
• Train and develop staff across multiple shifts and lines.
• Identify strengths and weaknesses in deployment plans and adjust support accordingly.
• Operate within a complex manufacturing site with multiple teams and products.
