Job summary

Support the implementation of JMPS at a Plant according to a defined implementation plan. Ensure that best practice is sought for, and captured in, the production system toolkit. Ensure that JMPS is able to be used for self-service, with practical and easily understandable tools that can be both easily taught and easily learned. Identify areas of strength and weakness within the plan deployment to ensure the right level of support is provided. Train the teams to use the JMPS tools and coach teams on how to use them to drive performance continuously. Ensure best practice is captured and shared across the CA plants. Act as a role model for the coaching culture development and engage successfully at all levels of the organisation to improve coaching. Operate within highly complex manufacturing site, multiple shifts, lines, and products.
