Job summary

Johnson Matthey, Inc. in Wayne, PA, seeks a JMPS Specialist to support the Johnson Matthey Production System rollout across a complex manufacturing site. You will train teams, coach for performance, and capture best practices for broad sharing within the CA plants.

The role emphasizes SME-level production-system knowledge, data analysis, and continuous improvement, with responsibility for leading multi-discipline teams and delivering tangible performance gains.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 2 years of experience.
1 year in manufacturing as SME on production systems.
1 year in KPI & data analysis, Quick Changeover (SMED).
Experience developing standard work and deploying elements.
Experience driving efficiency with continuous improvement approaches.
Experience coaching team members.

Responsibilities

Support JMPS deployment at a plant per plan.
Train teams to use JMPS tools and coach for performance.
Capture best practices and share across CA plants.
Lead multiple discipline teams directly or indirectly.
Operate within a complex, multi-shift manufacturing site.
