Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Jira Service Management practitioner to lead platform configuration, workflow automation, and integrations across ITSM processes. You will collaborate with Agile consultants and client stakeholders to design scalable JSM solutions that reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled capabilities, asset/configuration management, and intelligent workflow design for enterprise environments. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience configuring and administering Jira Service Management (JSM).
• Experience integrating JSM with third-party enterprise systems via REST APIs, webhooks, or native connectors.
• Experience designing service management workflows, automation rules, and ITIL-aligned configurations.
• 5+ years helping enterprise clients improve service delivery operations and tooling adoption.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian automation tools to reduce manual effort and improve consistency.
