Job summary

Bryant Technologies is seeking a DevOps Engineer (Jira Platform Engineer) located in Washington, DC. In this role, you will be the technical owner of a Jira SaaS instance and will lead the transition from Azure DevOps and GitLab to Jira while enabling Agile practices.

The ideal candidate has experience in Jira administration, Agile methodologies, and enterprise integrations. This position supports the government and requires US Citizenship. Notably, remote work is not available, and this role is on-site five days a week.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering Jira (self‑hosted or SaaS).
• Experience with enterprise migrations from Azure DevOps to Jira.
• Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP-620, ACP-120, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize Jira SaaS for project management and Agile delivery.
• Design custom workflows and manage user permissions for compliance.
• Implement integrations between Jira and enterprise systems using REST APIs.
