Qualifications

3+ years of Jira administration/engineering (SaaS or on-prem).
Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevSecOps principles.
Hands-on experience integrating enterprise tools and optimizing workflows.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and optimize Jira SaaS for enterprise Agile delivery.
Design and implement integrations with GitLab, ServiceNow, and other platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, and scripting.
Lead the migration from Azure DevOps and GitLab to Jira SaaS.
Collaborate with Agile and cybersecurity teams to enable automation, compliance, and robust reporting.
