Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. seeks a DevOps Engineer specializing in Jira to serve as the technical owner of their Jira SaaS platform in a government cloud environment. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevSecOps workflows to facilitate the transition from Azure DevOps to Jira, optimizing collaborative planning tools.

The candidate will administer Jira, design workflows, and manage integrations, with responsibilities encompassing the entire Agile delivery lifecycle. U.S. Citizenship is required for security clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering Jira (Self-hosting or SaaS).
• Proven experience developing custom integrations with enterprise platforms.
• Experience in enterprise migrations to Jira.

• Administer, configure, and optimize Jira SaaS.
• Design and maintain custom workflows and automation rules.
