Jim Coleman Cadillac is seeking a Full Time Receptionist to join our Bethesda-area dealership. This role focuses on greeting showroom guests, directing them to the appropriate departments, and handling calls with a professional, friendly approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet showroom customers.

• Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
• Types memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Prompt and dependable.
• Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as they may be assigned from time to time.

Jim Coleman Automotive is a 3rd generation family- owned dealership founded in 1968. The Coleman family has been selling and servicing cars in the Washington- Metropolitan and Bethesda areas since the 1950s. Bethesda, MD is looking for an experienced and customer focused individual to join our dealership! We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of customer service possible and we are looking for great people to help us do that.
