Jim Coleman Automotive is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist/Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for customers visiting the dealership.
This position also serves as the first point of contact for guests arriving at the dealership, greeting customers, checking them in for their appointments, and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment. No previous automotive experience is required - we will provide the training needed to be successful. Experience in customer service, hospitality, or call center environments is a plus.
