Qualifications

• 2 years retail jewelry experience preferred; pass drug test.

Responsibilities

• Achieve growth and sales targets by managing the store sales team.
• Maintain profitability through sales and expense control.
• Interview, hire and recruit in the community to maintain qualified candidates.
• Onboard, train and develop store associates for advancement.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and provide performance feedback.
• Coordinate store operations and inventory processes.
• Display merchandise and maintain fixtures per plan.
