Job summary

Fred Meyer Jewelers, Incorporated is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the store manager, lead a sales team, and drive store performance. You will engage customers, train staff, and ensure adherence to company policies while maintaining high standards of jewelry knowledge and service.

In this role you will manage daily operations, oversee scheduling, and coordinate with other locations for back-up coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 months Fred Meyer experience and 1 year jewelry sales experience, or equivalent education/experience
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Ability to pass drug test
• Maintain confidentiality
• Accuracy/attention to detail
• Ability to organize/prioritize tasks/projects
• Diamond Council of America (DCA) courses completed within a year from hire

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain store profitability through sales and expense control
• Achieve personal sales targets and drive growth
• Assist store manager with training and onboarding of sales staff
• Participate in inventory and merchandising processes
• Advise customers on jewelry quality, cuts, and values
• Provide product knowledge and assist in selecting mounts and settings
• Maintain flexibility to work any shift, including holidays and overtime
• Travel to other store locations for coverage as needed
