Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 6 months as Fred Meyer Jewelers assistant manager.
• 2 years of retail jewelry experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass drug test.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license.
• Diamond Council of America (DCA) courses completed within a year from hire.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve growth and sales targets by managing the store sales team.
• Maintain profitability through sales and expense control.
• Interview, hire and recruit to maintain qualified candidates pool.
• Onboard and develop store associates; mentor for advancement.
• Plan and supervise inventory processes and store operations.
• Display merchandise per corporate merchandising plans and maintain fixtures.
• Write store schedules to meet business needs.
