Job summary

Fred Meyer Jewelers is seeking a dedicated store supervisor to lead the entire location and drive sales growth. You will manage, train and motivate the sales team, while delivering exceptional customer service and upholding safety and corporate policies.

In this role you will partner with the Kroger Marketplace host store when located inside a Kroger, oversee inventory and merchandising, schedule staff, and recruit top talent to maintain a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 6 months experience as assistant manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent service.
• Achieve growth and sales targets by leading the store sales team.
• Maintain profitability through sales and expense control.
• Interview, hire and recruit locally to maintain a strong candidate pool.
• Onboard, train and develop store staff for advancement.
• Coordinate store inventory and merchandising per corporate plans.
• Write staff schedules to meet business needs.
• Supervise and coach direct reports; conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate operations and support training events as needed.
• Travel for off-site training and meetings as required.
