Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and model Customer 1st behavior.
• Achieve personal sales targets and credit applications.
• Promote events such as Diamond Parties.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals and foster a positive atmosphere.
• Engage in clienteling to build customer relationships.
• Provide product knowledge and assist in selecting jewelry.
• Advise customers on quality, cuts, and value of gems; assist in mounting choices.
• Attend monthly meetings and operate POS systems.
• Inspect and clean jewelry and provide repair estimates.
• Follow procedures for receiving and processing inventory and display materials.
• Maintain store merchandising and cleanliness; perform opening/closing duties.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention compliance.
• Support inventory and case counts; work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays.
