Responsibilities

• Utilize sales strategies and product knowledge to guide customers through purchasing decisions via appointments and walk-in consultations.
• Manage a high volume of inquiries via email, live chat, and phones to attain revenue targets in a luxury retail context.
• Greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process, creating a memorable one-on-one experience.
• Conduct post-sale appointments for pickups, exchanges, resizing, and inquiries.
• Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer pre-appointment questions.
• Review customer feedback and reviews to improve customer experience and sales performance.
• Enforce policies in the showroom waiting area to ensure safety and product security.
• Open and close the showroom and waiting area.
• Use ERP system to manage tasks and communicate cross-functionally.
• Act as a brand advocate to promote sustainability and transparency in the jewelry industry.
