Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets while ensuring total customer satisfaction. You will mentor team members, coach product knowledge, and participate in recruiting and onboarding to strengthen the store's performance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners and basic computer software.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections.
• Maintain total customer satisfaction and coach team members.
• Recruit and select team members; provide training and development.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
