Kay Jewelers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets while upholding customer service standards. You will help develop staff, train employees, and recruit team members to sustain an outstanding shopping experience.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
