Kay Jewelers is seeking a dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction. You will train and develop team members, monitor daily standards, and assist with recruiting and policy enforcement.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager to maintain daily focus on standards and sales/profit projections.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruitment and selection of team members.
• Enforce all Company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties.
