Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate merchandise inventory and offerings online based on business needs
• Model 'Customer 1st' behavior; deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service
• Receive, pick, pack, and ship merchandise for online store and phone store
• Maintain supply stock
• Review orders for fraudulent activity
• Maintain customer special order programs
• Maintain clean, organized distribution center
• Assist in back up for eCommerce Customer Service Representative
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
