Job summary

Kroger's Fred Meyer Jewelers division in Portland, OR seeks a Marketing Coordinator to coordinate jewelry marketing projects and ensure campaigns meet brand standards and legal compliance. You will manage the division's production schedule, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and support retail stores with compelling marketing materials while maintaining high quality and timelines.

Role requires at least an AA degree and 2 years in marketing, strong MS Office skills and fast

Qualifications

• AA degree (or combination of relevant education and marketing experience) and 2+ years in marketing.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to pass drug test.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; 60 WPM typing.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Marketing Print (POP) and Digital campaigns, including Billboard creation, scheduling and deployment.
• Author and coordinate the division's marketing production schedule and manage traffic for the department.
• Review marketing material for quality, timing, and brand/compliance alignment.
• Create memos and promo strategies, including maintaining master exclusions for Fred Meyer Jewelers.
• Serve as marketing liaison for external partners and approvals.
