• Assist in processing Maintenance/Operations and project invoices.
• Create, maintain and distribute project reports and updates.
• Organize and participate in department and project meetings.
• Create schedules, timelines, and track deliverables for projects.
• Manage budgets, monitor progress, and report to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage project teams and resources.
• Define required resources with department heads and define scope.
• Plan and implement projects and support new processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings and store openings/closures.
