Qualifications

• Sales, retail and/or jewelry experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Commitment to excellence and refreshing shopping experience.
• Goal oriented and sales driven with a passion to succeed.
• Must be 18+ and able to pass a drug test.
• Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Model customer-first behavior and deliver excellent service.
• Achieve personal sales targets and promote protection plans.
• Promote events and engage customers in store experiences.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals and foster positive atmosphere.
• Build relationships with customers through clienteling and product knowledge.
• Assist in selecting jewelry mounts and settings and provide care estimates.
• Handle POS transactions and credit authorizations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and display merchandising per plan.
• Participate in inventory and case counts; comply with procedures.
