Job summary

Kroger (Fred Meyer Jewelers) is seeking a manager-level employee to assist the store manager, supervise in their absence, and drive sales at the 2655 Shasta Way location in Klamath Falls, OR. The role focuses on maximizing profits, staff mentoring, and delivering a premium jewelry experience to customers in-store and online.

Ideal candidates will have jewelry sales experience, leadership ability, and knowledge of company policies, with a willingness to travel for coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1 year jewelry sales experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 18 years of age; able to pass drug test; maintain confidentiality.
• Diamond Council of America (DCA) courses completed within a year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain profitability and control shrink and expenses.
