Red Hospitality & Leisure seeks a hands-on Jet Ski Tour Guide for Cruz Bay Watersports at The Westin Resort Frenchmans Reef in St. Thomas, VI. Provide top-notch customer service, safety briefings, and memorable experiences on jet ski tours.

You will train guests on operation, help lead tours, and upsell additional watersport activities while maintaining equipment and safety standards across site operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Jet ski experience required.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure fun, memorable experiences.
• Anticipate guest needs and solve problems.
• Train customers on jet ski operation and safety.
• Lead tours, supervise, assist and guide guests.
• Check rentals in and out and communicate rules clearly.
• Clean equipment and area; ensure customer safety.
• Upsell guests on additional watersport excursions.
• Complete monthly inventory as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
