IRVING HAASE AND COMPANY in Queens, NY, seeks a skilled HVAC Service/Sales Manager to lead our service team and drive growth across NYC. This full-time role combines technical HVAC expertise with field sales leadership to deliver exceptional service to clients.

You will supervise daily operations, manage installations and maintenance, generate new business, prepare detailed proposals, mentor staff, and maintain records. Competitive salary, PTO, and ongoing training & development are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC service management and sales.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
• Leadership and team-building skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to job sites.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the HVAC service team.
• Manage project timelines for HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Lead lead generation and field sales to expand the customer base.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on detailed proposals and quotes.
• Collaborate with sales teams on upselling opportunities and strategies.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and develop HVAC solutions.
• Recruit, train, and mentor service and sales staff.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain records of service calls, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Build strong relationships with clients, manufacturers, and suppliers.
• Collaborate with senior management on growth plans.
