Burton Snowboards seeks a JEDI subject matter expert and advocacy leader to steward our JEDI strategy and oversee our philanthropic giving program. You will collaborate with People & Culture to advance inclusion, belonging, and community impact, while activating public policy engagement.

The role reports to the Head of Purpose & Impact and manages the Philanthropy & Advocacy Coordinator, driving cross-functional initiatives and measurable outcomes across Burton's workforce and communities.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of relevant JEDI program leadership experience.
• 2-4 years in community engagement, organizing, advocacy, customer success, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years managing or supporting large projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience designing and delivering JEDI learning and development content.
• Demonstrated interest in advocacy campaigns and systems change.

Aufgaben

• Steward and evolve Burton's JEDI strategy and its impact.
• Build and program manage JEDI initiatives with defined project plans.
• Communicate programs to leaders, members, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop tracking, measurement, and reporting strategies with People & Culture for JEDI initiatives.
• Engage in identifying best practices, benchmarks, and certifications.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to embed JEDI across Talent, Performance, Engagement, and Culture.
