This on-site role requires 5+ years of P&C experience, strong collaboration, and expertise with HR systems. The team emphasizes a culture of belonging, diversity and high performance, with relocation support to Vermont.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive P&C/HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or consultative HR role.
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, talent planning and development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to build relationships rooted in trust and credibility with diverse people.
• Proficiency with P&C systems (Dayforce preferred) and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic partnership with assigned business leaders to deploy talent management and employee relations strategies.
• Deliver full range of P&C services including recruiting, talent management, engagement, organizational design and development; collaborate with Talent, Total Rewards, and People Operations teams.
• Lead deployment of performance management and talent systems with transparent communication between managers and employees.
• Oversee staffing needs, onboarding, internal moves, and diversity-building efforts.
• Analyze P&C metrics to drive action and improve business outcomes.
