Mount Snow’s Adaptive Sports program is seeking a collaborative, mission-driven Program Director to lead and grow our year-round adaptive sports programs. You will oversee program development, staff and volunteer leadership, participant engagement, and community partnerships to ensure high-quality, inclusive experiences for individuals with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing recreation or adaptive sports programs.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Supervisory experience required (2+ years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate adaptive sports programs
• Supervise and train staff and volunteers
• Recruit and support program participants and families
• Build partnerships with schools, organizations, and community groups
• Manage program schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Ensure safety, compliance, and best practices across all programs
