Job summary

Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a JD Edwards Business Application Analyst to lead analysis, design, implementation, and support of JD Edwards applications across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of JD Edwards Enterprise One ERP experience in a distribution/manufacturing environment. The role requires travel ~20% and a hybrid work model with on-site presence at our corporate headquarters at least 3 days/week.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of JD Edwards Enterprise One ERP experience in distribution/manufacturing.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements gathering, and functional specification development.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements, translate them into functional specs, and conduct gap analyses.
• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of applications; collaborate with developers, architects, and vendors to ensure SOX/SOD compliance and test plans.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, updates, and maintenance; perform root cause analysis and maintain documentation.
