Pacific Coast Producers is hiring a JD Edwards Functional Analyst to bridge business operations and technology. You will translate functional needs into scalable JDE solutions, design system enhancements, and support enterprise applications.

The role emphasizes collaboration across business users, QA, developers, and project managers. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in ERP/business systems analysis, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne expertise, and strong communication skills to drive process

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with ERP systems, business systems analysis, system design, or application support.
• Strong experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is highly desired.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow documentation, and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
• Strong facilitation, business analysis, and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Understand business processes with stakeholders and document current and future workflows.
• Gather and translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate processes and recommend scalable system improvements to boost efficiency.
• Serve as liaison between business users and technical teams.
• Design, implement, and extend integrations between JDE and other systems (API-first).
• Collaborate across solution design, development, testing, and deployment with teams.
