Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting JD Edwards ERP.
• Strong relationship-building and listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and prioritize requirements; document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and production planning processes and how JD Edwards supports them.
• Drive process improvements and measure results with KPIs.
• Design JDE solutions with ERP development team to address business needs and company objectives.
• Support and train users to maximize JD Edwards adoption of new functionality.
