The Recruiting Hive seeks an Operational Business Systems Analyst with JD Edwards experience to collaborate with stakeholders, document and prioritize business needs, and translate them into JD Edwards solutions. You will drive process improvements across manufacturing and distribution functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• 3+ years as ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and document requirements.
• Develop knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, inventory and supply chain processes and how JD Edwards can support them.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and system utilization; measure results via KPIs.
• Design practical JD Edwards solutions with the ERP development team.
• Provide training and support to users and drive adoption of new functionality.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation, managing scope, budget, timelines, and quality.
• Maintain documentation and data quality; keep JD Edwards data accurate and standardized.
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases, new functionality and industry best practices.
• Ensure security, regulatory, and IS compliance in JD Edwards processes.
• Collaborate across Global IS, Operations, Supply Chain and other teams to align priorities.
• Deliver business impact by enabling growth and improving customer satisfaction.
