Soap Creek Resources seeks an Operational Business Systems Analyst with 3+ years of JD Edwards experience to optimize manufacturing and distribution processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria while driving JD Edwards improvements and user training.

This on-site role relocates between Shelby Township and Westland, MI, with travel between sites. A strong focus on KPIs, project leadership, and data quality will be essential.

Competenze

• 3+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of JD Edwards, especially in manufacturing and/or distribution modules.
• Understanding of how JD Edwards works with broader technology environments (config, customization, integrations, and development tools).
• Proven ability to plan, manage, and deliver projects with controlled scope and timelines.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across locations and levels.

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear solutions; document requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop understanding of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and supply chain processes and how JD Edwards supports them.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, system utilization, and efficiency; measure outcomes with KPIs.
• Design practical JD Edwards solutions with ERP development teams.
• Provide hands-on support and training to users and drive adoption of new functionality.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements to implementation, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
• Maintain documentation and data quality, ensuring JD Edwards data is accurate and standardized.
• Stay current with JD Edwards releases, new functionality, and industry best practices.
• Ensure security & compliance for JD Edwards processes and changes.
• Collaborate across Global IS, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to align technology with business priorities.
• Deliver measurable business impact by enhancing system capabilities.
