The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School seeks a Director of JD Admissions to lead recruitment and yield strategies for the JD program and manage data-informed decision-making. This role involves coordinating with faculty, staff, alumni, and external partners to attract and enroll a class of approximately 260 JD students annually.

The successful candidate will hold an advanced degree (JD preferred) with at least five years of administrative leadership in admissions or related fields, and

• Advanced degree and JD preferred, with a minimum of five years of administrative responsibility.
• Experience in admissions and/or financial aid is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, marketing skills, and ability to collaborate across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and support long- and short-term JD recruitment and matriculation goals and explicit strategies to achieve them.
• Conduct high-volume application file review and assist with the selection of the JD and transfer classes.
• Operationalize research and employ innovative technologies to model, establish, and meet recruitment and matriculation goals in JD admissions.
