The University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School invites applications for a Director of JD Admissions. This leadership role oversees recruitment, yield strategies, and communications to attract JD classes of approximately 260 annually.

Reporting to the Assistant Dean, the Director will lead data-informed programs and collaborate with faculty, alumni, and external partners to strengthen Penn Carey Law's admissions and enrollment goals.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic recruitment and matriculation goals; manage high-volume application review and JD/transfer class selections.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment program with events and campus visits.
• Create print and electronic publications to attract JD candidates and support enrollment goals.
• Represent Penn Carey Law to stakeholders; cultivate relationships with institutions and advisors.
