Briggs Industrial Solutions, Inc. is seeking a JCB Field Service Technician II to keep customer equipment running safely and reliably. You will diagnose, repair, and rebuild heavy machinery, perform maintenance, and document service activities.

We value strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills, plus a valid driver’s license and welding certifications are preferred. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits in a safety-first team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of equipment repair experience, strong mechanical skills, and certification on at least 65% of the designated product line.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and rebuild JCB Earth and Ag Equipment, including engines, hydraulics, transmissions, and electrical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and major component repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records, manage parts and tools, and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow safety standards, maintain your service vehicle, and continue developing your technical skills.
