Our Healthcare client is seeking a JavaScript Developer with 4+ years of professional experience building scalable backend applications using Node.js and Express . This role will focus on designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services that support healthcare referral decisioning workflows, including specialty recommendations, provider matching, and notifications. The ideal candidate has strong database expertise, experience implementing business rules and decision logic, and a background working in cloud-native development environments. Healthcare payer or provider experience is highly preferred. This 100% remote role has an initial duration of 8 months + potential extensions.
