Job summary

EY is seeking an FSO Technology Service Delivery Manager to join our Service Delivery Center, leading the design, build, test, deployment and support of technology solutions for clients. The role emphasizes flexibility, rapid adaptivity, and collaboration within a fast‑paced environment.

You will engage with multi-disciplinary teams, deliver reliable systems, and guide projects through all lifecycle phases using agile methods and DevOps practices, while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in technology software development.
• Back-end experience using Java, Python, Node.js, REST, NoSQL, Microservices, Serverless and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Front-end development with modern frameworks (React, Angular) or responsive web design.
• Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native/Microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS and container deployment.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks and knowledge of TDD or BDD techniques.
• Experience delivering digital projects using agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Support engagement teams by analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying distributed software applications.
• Deliver high‑quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.
• Communicate progress to client engagement teams and demonstrate technical expertise.
