Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications and APIs.
• Monitor performance and health using observability tools.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents within SLA.
• Analyze logs, thread dumps, heap dumps, and metrics to diagnose issues.
• Assist with deployments, environment management, and post-release validation.
• Collaborate with Dev, Infra, DBA, Cloud, and Business teams for resolution.
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive automation to reduce manual effort.
