Job summary

Xylem Tree Experts and Kendall Vegetation Services seeks a Jarraff Operator to operate heavy equipment for clearing branches from electrical lines and to support storm restoration efforts. You will work with a crew to safely prepare, maneuver, and maintain equipment, while following safety protocols and company policies.

The role requires prior experience with heavy equipment, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to travel for storm-related work.

Qualifications

• Prior heavy equipment operating experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate and maintain equipment safely.
• Ability to travel for storm restoration work when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment to remove branches and tree material from electrical lines.
• Follow safety rules and assist in equipment setup and maintenance.
• Work with crew, provide leadership when required and report mileage to Foreperson.
• Perform duties for storm work as needed.
