Job summary

Desoutter Industrial Tools, a brand within Atlas Copco, seeks an experienced leader to head the Desoutter team in Japan from Osaka. You will drive revenues, profitability, and market expansion, recruit and develop the sales organization, advance digital tools (CRM/Salesforce), and launch new products with cross-functional teams.

Your mission is to grow in Japan while maintaining profitability, align with Division strategy, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ten years of sales and/or sales management experience in industrial products.
• Technically and commercially oriented with finance understanding.
• Fluent in Japanese, business level English required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Japan Desoutter team for revenues and profit with P&L responsibility.
• Develop sales channels, digitalization, product launches and promotions.
• Coordinate with Division Management and cross-border projects.
• Recruit, develop and coach sales and marketing staff; ensure customer satisfaction.
