LACOSTA Facility Support Services in Carrollton, KY, is seeking a Janitorial Supervisor focused on general cleaning and floor care to lead a 5-7 person team across our busy manufacturing facility.

This full-time, first-shift role requires attention to detail, ability to perform light admin tasks, operate commercial floor equipment, and uphold safety standards. We provide uniforms, PPE, training, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-7 janitors to maintain a clean, safe facility.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, strip, wax, and polish floors as needed.
• Operate commercial floor machines safely and effectively.
• Perform routine cleaning of offices, break rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure supplies are stocked and equipment maintained; follow safety policies.

Join the LACOSTA team as a Janitorial Supervisor with a focus on General Cleaning and Floor Technician care , overseeing a team of 5-7, helping maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout a busy manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has experience with light administrative work, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable operating commercial floor care equipment.

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week (Full Time)

• 1st Shift: 3:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Pay Rate:

Key Responsibilities:

• Light administrative ability
• Perform routine cleaning throughout manufacturing floors, offices, break rooms, stairwells, lobbies, elevators, locker rooms/showers, security areas, and other facility spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Operate commercial floor machines safely and effectively.
• Strip, wax, buff, burnish, and polish hard floor surfaces.
• Perform routine and periodic floor restoration and maintenance.
• Clean restrooms, windows, and high-touch surfaces.
• Remove trash and sanitize assigned areas.
• Stock and organize supply rooms and cleaning materials.
• Maintain floor care equipment and supplies in good working condition.

• Must have an original birth certificate and ID to obtain.

Requirements:

• Pass background check and drug screening
• Flexibility with schedules
• Must comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
• Must wear LACOSTA shirt, steel-toed shoes, gloves and long pants while working.
• Remove all jewelry and accessories.
