Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services in Hogansville, GA, is seeking a supervisor to lead a team of general cleaners and ensure spotless facilities. The role requires prior supervision experience, ability to pass background checks, and physical fitness for daily cleaning tasks. PPE and company attire must be worn as required.

The position is full-time with a 40-hour week and 1st shift (9:00 AM–5:30 PM). Pay is $17.50 per hour, paid weekly, with benefits including health, vision, 401K, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have prior supervisor experience.
• Pass background checks and drug screening.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, bend, lift 40 lbs.
• Wear LACOSTA shirt and PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, and supervise a team of general cleaners.
• Ensure cleanliness of restrooms, offices, break rooms, and lobbies.
• Perform routine cleaning tasks: sweeping, mopping, trash removal.
• Stock supply rooms and manage cleaning supplies.

Job Schedule:

• Full Time : Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week
• 1st Shift 9:00AM-5:30PM

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)

• $17.50/hr

Job duties : Responsible for leading, monitoring, and supervising a team of general cleaners.

Responsible for the cleanliness of restrooms, offices, break rooms, stairwells, manufacturing floor, lobby, supply closets, and any other site-specific areas.

• Routine building cleaning
• Restroom cleaning
• Window cleaning
• Trash and recycling removal/ policing ground for litter
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Stocking supply rooms

Requirements:

• Pass background checks and drug screening
• Must have previous Supervisor experience
• Physical requirements: walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
• Wear LACOSTA Shirt, steel-toed boots/shoes, long pants, and any other required PPE.
• Remove all jewelry and accessories
