Job summary

LACOSTA Facility Support Services in Huntsville, AL is hiring a full-time janitorial supervisor to oversee a team of cleaners, ensure task quality, and report to the Site Operations Manager. The role requires prior supervisory and janitorial experience, with physical duties across building cleaning and safety compliance.

• Participate in personal cleaning route and additional projects.
• Document all cleaning tasks and report updates to Site Operations Manager.
• Manage routine building cleaning, restrooms, windows and waste removal.

Job Skills / Requirements

Job Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week

• Day Shift: 7AM-3:30PM

Pay Rate: Paid weekly (every Friday)

• $16.50/hr

Job duties : Responsible for overseeing team of cleaners by confirming completion and quality of all cleaning tasks. Will be participating in personal cleaning route and requested additional projects, documenting all cleaning tasks completed, and reporting all updates to the Site Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• Must pass background checks and drug screening
• Must have previous supervisory experience
• Must have previous janitorial experience
• Physical requirements: a lot of walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
• Wear LACOSTA Shirt, close-toed shoes, long pants, and any other required PPE.
• Remove all jewelry and accessories
