EMPRIME SOLUTIONS LLC is hiring multiple housekeepers and porters in Florida to maintain the cleanliness of high-end residential communities. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and reliable, ensuring a pristine environment for guests.

Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, maintaining entrances, and assisting with minor maintenance tasks. Previous experience is preferred, as well as the ability to work independently and in teams.

Immediate hiring available in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Delray Beach.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or porter experience preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and behavior.

• Location: Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami
• Job Type: Part-time and Full-time (30–40 hours per week)
• Shifts Available: Mornings 7 am to 3 pm
• Positions Available: Multiple
• Hiring immediately for properties in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and Delray Beach, Florida.

Position Summary

We are hiring multiple housekeepers and porters to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of high-end residential communities. The ideal candidates will be detail‑oriented, reliable, and take pride in maintaining a pristine environment for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeepers

• Clean and sanitize common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and polish surfaces.
• Remove trash and recycling in accordance with building procedures.
• Restock supplies in restrooms and cleaning stations.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.

Porters

• Maintain cleanliness of entrances, lobbies, parking areas, and outdoor spaces.
• Assist with garbage collection and disposal.
• Help with minor maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, etc.).
• Monitor and restock janitorial supplies.
• Set up or break down furniture for events, as needed.
• Ensure building cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or porter experience preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, walking) for extended periods.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and behavior.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.
