Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC is hiring a Porter for our facility at 9101 W Okeechobee Rd, Hialeah Gardens, FL 33016. You will perform routine cleaning, restock supplies, and assist with event setup. Excellent customer service and a team-oriented attitude are required.

Walk-in interviews are scheduled from 11am to 4pm EST. The role may involve evenings and weekends, with opportunities for growth and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior cleaning/custodial experience is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Empty trash and maintain waste disposal systems.
• Assist in minor maintenance tasks and report repairs to management.
• Help set up and tear down for events or meetings as needed.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.

• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain waste disposal systems
• Assist in minor maintenance tasks and report any significant repairs needed to management
• Help set up and tear down for events or meetings when needed
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and assisting with inquiries as necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in cleaning or custodial roles is a plus
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
