Job summary

LV Petroleum in Florida is seeking a reliable Porter to keep our facilities clean and welcoming. This role involves cleaning restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces, plus assisting with event setups and basic maintenance.

You will lift up to 50 lbs, work independently or with a team, and provide friendly guest service. High school diploma preferred; evenings/weekends may be required. Weekly pay and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Prior cleaning or custodial experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in various areas including restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and maintain waste disposal systems.
• Assist in minor maintenance tasks and report any significant repairs needed to management.
• Help set up and tear down for events or meetings when needed.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and assisting with inquiries as necessary.
