Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Site Supervisor in a full-time role in the Hampton, GA area. The position oversees janitorial teams, enforces safety standards, and coordinates with operations to maintain clean facilities.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong customer service, and familiarity with the KBSPresence app for timekeeping. Starting pay is $23 per hour with full benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer Service oriented, friendly, and positive demeanor with the ability to motivate team members and support customer requests in an orderly and timely manner.
• KBSPresence app usage for timekeeping, attendance, and training; cell phone reimbursement provided per local laws.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center Team and KBS Field Operations Team by responding to escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other areas as needed.
• Follow Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Support callouts by working or splitting shifts with the team and shift lead to cover daily schedules.
• Provide feedback on ongoing activities and escalate issues to KBS Management.
